One day, a male person told me that Mr. Mori’s remarks are not a problem.

I was trying to explain the gender gap is fatal in Japan. I even told my personal experience.

After he listened to my story, he told me, “Why are you telling me? You should say to the world about.”

Well, I didn't want to discuss it with men in Japan. He stared first.

Sadly, he smashed me, saying my experience is not essential to listen.

Let me explain to you.

I am a victim of sexual harassment in some of my workplace.

Once I was forced to go to Nomikai, a drinking party from a male co-worker. After I rejected it, he asked me rude questions in a car while we were on the business trip.

My female boss never saved me. She even pushed my body and made me fall.

I was told “Useless” because I've got a master degree as a woman and don't know everything.

My picture of the entry sheet was spread out the office, and I was sexually harassed because I was a cheerleader.

They see my costume as a seductive one.

I have a history of harassment. Back to the men’s remark, “Say it to the world”.

Well, I am doing it right now because I am an English speaker.

My blog is written Japanese and English. I am trying to express myself.

I hope someone will find me and see there are so many female people in Japan suffering from a gender gap.

Don't be silent.
I am not going to be silent.
